Refund and Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

DAMAGES / CLAIMS


● Damaged items must be reported in writing within 2-5 days after receiving your order.
● We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit to the customer.
● If you receive a box in damaged condition, take pictures immediately, you can let the carrier know you are
not accepting the box because its broken or damaged and contact us immediately to process your
replacement box.
● No worries, we will file the claim with the carrier.
● If you decide to sign for the damaged box, save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a
claim with the shipment carrier and take appropriate pictures to back up your claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
• We currently do not offer international shipping. Coming soon!


RETURN POLICY
● Due to Covid19, returns are not accepted.
● FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
● We do not currently offer exchange.
